For my Final Major Project, I decided to work on an online and offline advertising campaign for an Italian restaurant based in Milan called "Trattoria da Bruna & Sandro".
 
They are present on both Instagram and Facebook but needed help and guidance
on how to manage their social media presence effectively. I also created some flyers and business cards to promote the business offline.
These below are just some of the pictures that have been taken at the restaurant. The goal was to publish them on social media and create engagement.

I used Trello to visually see everything I did and to remind myself of things that had yet to be done.
I also used Google My Business and Trip Advisor to support my research. I contacted the business owners of the top five restaurants on Trip Advisor in different locations to discover what their strategies were, if they had some, and how they got to where they are now. Many had similar answers like "It's all about taking care of clients and good reviews will come your way". 

Travel Appeal was the platform I used the least, simply because the demo version lasted one week. It enabled me to check the Facebook, TripAdvisor, and Google My Business pages of the restaurant all at once. The landing page also has statistics and graphics such as "positive trends" and "the most appreciated" that gave me the possibility to see what customers like and don't like about the restaurant, without having to go to each individual page and note it down myself.
For the first time ever, I also used ProCreate. I love the app. It is designed to work only on iPads and it's just great. Once you pay for it, it is yours forever and that is the main difference with Photoshop or Illustrator for instance.
